  • PhD in Disaster Management & Risk Analysis – University of Bradford, UK
  • Over 30 years of experience in safety, civil defense, and emergency management.
  • Specialized in disaster risk reduction, crisis management, and national safety systems development.

DR. MOHAMMED ZAIN AL-ABIDIN

  • MBA – Adelphi University, USA
  • Over 35 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management with Saudi Arabian Airlines.
  • Quality Consultant and IRCA UK Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001.
  • Expert in operational excellence, quality assurance, and performance improvement across large-scale organizations.

DR. MOHAMMED KAMAL EL-SAYED

  • PhD in Project Management – University of Khartoum
  • Co-founder of Shomoul Consulting Group
  • CEO of the Arab Institute for Safety
  • Extensive experience in managing complex projects, developing institutional training programs, and building safety and quality systems across the region.

COL. CONSULTANT SULEIMAN AL-SUWAEIH

  • Over 25 years of experience in strategic security, investigations, and crisis management.
  • Board Member – Saudi Event Management Association.
  • Accredited trainer and consultant in crisis management, emergency response, and security sector development.
  • Recognized for contributions to national event security protocols and professional training in security strategy.

ENG. MAHMOUD ABDELRAHMAN EL-AMIR

  • MSc in Risk Management – Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University
  • Over 13 years of experience in vocational training in Saudi Arabia (since 2012).
  • Delivered more than 5,000 training hours across various fields, including safety, quality, and management.
  • Contributed to evaluation and accreditation of multiple training materials and national qualification programs.
  • Specialized in industrial safety training, curriculum development, and performance assessment.
